Job Description
Role Overview The Nursery and Pre-K Staff Member provides a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for children during church services and events. Primary Responsibilities Provide age-appropriate care, including feeding, diaper changes, and supervision. Lead simple faith-based activities, including storytelling, music, and guided play. Follow secure check-in and check-out procedures. Keep the nursery and Pre-K rooms clean and sanitized. Work alongside staff members and volunteers to provide a smooth, welcoming experience for families. Requirements Previous experience caring for children from infancy through age five is preferred. Must pass a comprehensive background check, including the Texas Central Registry and DPS. Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a faith-based environment.
Pay:
