Job Description

We are looking for a loving, dependable, and energetic Infant Teacher to join our childcare team! Our infant teachers play an important role in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest children. Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving care to infants throughout the day Follow individual feeding, sleeping, and diapering schedules Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene and sanitation Prepare and provide bottles and meals according to each child's schedule and parent instructions Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that encourage sensory, motor, language, and social development Provide plenty of tummy time, floor play, reading, singing, and one-on-one interaction Comfort and soothe children when they are upset Communicate professionally and regularly with parents regarding their child's day Complete daily reports and classroom documentation Follow all childcare center policies, state licensing requirements, and safety procedures Work cooperatively with other teachers and staff Qualifications Previous experience working with infants or in a childcare setting preferred Must be dependable, patient, caring, and attentive Ability to work well as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills Must be comfortable with diapering, feeding, and caring for infants Must meet all state licensing requirements for childcare employment CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We're Looking For We want someone who genuinely loves working with babies and understands that infants need patience, consistency, affection, and lots of one-on-one attention. The ideal candidate is dependable, nurturing, and excited to help our little ones learn and grow! Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
