Incorporate early intervention strategies for children requiring additional support or special education services. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and incident reports. Experience Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is essential, preferably within preschool or toddler care environments. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Experience with special education needs, early intervention programs, and behavior management strategies is highly desirable. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood education is a plus. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure safety in emergency situations. Previous private school or preschool teaching experience will be considered an asset.
