Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and engaging learning experience. Stay current on best practices in early childhood education to enhance teaching strategies. Maintain a clean and organized classro om. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience Early childhood education background or certification preferred Strong communication skills to effectively interact with young children Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development Experience in behavior management and early intervention techniques Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
