Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our CDLC of Frisco center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead play-based, developmentally appropriate lessons that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You will maintain a warm, inclusive classroom, communicate regularly with families, and uphold all health and safety standards. As part of a collaborative team, you'll receive ongoing training, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a lasting impact on children's lives every day. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Monitor and document children's growth, behavior, and learning progress. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about child development. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Support social-emotional development through positive guidance. Collaborate with center staff to plan programs and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities. Assist with daily routines including meals, rest, and transitions.
