The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curricula, engaging with children in meaningful ways, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth and development. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary to meet individual needs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences: Background in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Experience working with students in a preschool setting or similar environment. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with special education practices and working with children with disabilities is a plus. Skills in behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs. First aid certification is desirable. Experience in toddler care or nannying can be beneficial. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
