KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Kingwood learning center to nurture young children and support their early development. In this on-site role, you will create engaging, age-appropriate lessons, maintain a safe and inclusive classroom, and build strong relationships with children and families. You'll observe and document developmental milestones, communicate progress to parents, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families. Collaborate with colleagues to implement center-wide curriculum and events. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Support routines including meals, rest time, and transitions. Participate in professional development and training sessions. Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented center culture.
