The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants. This role is essential in promoting healthy development, meeting individual care needs, and fostering early learning through responsive interactions. Duties Implementing daily routines and age-appropriate activities for infants. Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing, while maintaining proper hygiene standards. Support infants' developmental milestones through engaging, sensory-rich activities. Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding each child's needs and progress. Monitor infants closely to ensure safety and well-being at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment. Follow established schedules for feeding, sleeping, and playtime. Classroom management by creating a calm, comforting atmosphere. Observe and report developmental progress or concerns to parents and administrators Create ideas for activities that support early childhood development. Skills Basic understanding of infant development and early childhood care practices. Experience working with infants in a daycare or early childhood setting preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with parents and team members. Ability to respond patiently and attentively to infants' needs. Knowledge of safe sleep practices and infant care routines. Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Team-oriented mindset with a nurturing and dependable attitude.
