What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (required) Minimum of 2 years experience in a licensed early childhood setting A nurturing, dependable teacher with strong communication skills and a warm heart Comfortable using daily documentation tools (Brightwheel or similar) Physically able to lift, stoop, bend, and move quickly to ensure safety of young children Familiarity with positive guidance strategies like Conscious Discipline a plus

What You'll Do:
