Preschool Teacher/Floater

Kids' Zone is a family-owned Christian child care center with locations in Georgetown, Jarrell, Salado, and Belton. We are looking to add teachers to our Jarrell West location.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure daily care and safety of children by following all childcare licensing guidelines as well as school policies and procedures Provide a positive and nurturing environment for the children Plan and implement weekly curriculum with co teacher. Daily communication with families, including completing daily activity reports Maintain a clean and organized classroom Attend all required staff meetings, school functions, and professional development Job Qualifications Energetic, nurturing, positive, and child-friendly personality Strong attendance habits Must be 18 years of age and a high school graduate/GED holder. Must have reliable transportation to work. Must pass all state required background checks. Must be able to lift 35 pounds consistently throughout the workday for diaper changes and reassurance of children Ability to work in a team environment Strong communication skills needed Experience in childcare is a plus Apply in person or call 512-598-3900
