Grace Learning Center is seeking skilled daycare instructors in Joshua, TX. Must have a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We will provide hands-on training. Responsibilities will include : Provide care and activities (in compliance with state standards); Following weekly lesson plans; Logging child attendance, feedings, naps, activities, etc. through our app; Design and follow a schedule of activities to ensure developmental milestones are being met; Maintain a clean and safe environment (daily sanitization of common areas, and toys and objects); Provide outdoor playtime; Collaborate with parents based on the child's needs. Skills Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent; At least one year of daycare center experience (preferred); Excellent Communication Skills; Patience, flexibility and a love for children; Have knowledge in child development (preferred). Free childcare for staff (contingent on room availability).
