This role involves caring for children in a safe, nurturing environment while promoting their physical, emotional, and social development. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children and the ability to create engaging activities that foster learning and growth. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and personal hygiene. Provide emotional support and guidance to help children develop social skills. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to play and learning.
