Duties are for Teachers/Caregivers to supervise children daily and to continuously maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for all children 0-12 years old in the center. create a safe environment for children in the childcare facility. Teacher/Caregiver is responsible for fostering the children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development in alignment with Texas licensing regulations. Additional responsibilities are to complete all required paperwork (childcare logs, lesson plans, cleaning lists...etc.) throughout the day to ensure that documentation is in place daily for children assigned to your class.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate curricula and activities that promote learning and development. Create a safe, clean, organized and welcoming classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting individual achievements and challenges. Foster positive and professional relationships with children and their families and encourage open communication. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to education. Maintain a safe and healthy environment following all health and safety regulations. Attend a Staff meetings, Staff training sessions/zooms, Monthly Super Saturday Trainings and Professional Development Opportunities.
