Knowledge of child development principles, early intervention strategies, and childhood education best practices. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, behavior management, and classroom experience. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in childhood welfare preferred. Ability to follow mandated reporting laws diligently while maintaining a positive classroom environment. Experience with special education needs or early intervention programs is a plus. Demonstrated understanding of preschool teaching techniques, physical education activities for young children, standardized testing procedures for early learners, and math instruction fundamentals.
