A $300 hiring bonus will be awarded after 120 days of full-time employment, contingent upon maintaining good standing.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Parent Relations:
Greet both current and prospective parents with a warm and friendly demeanor. Assist visitors and respond to parent inquiries, providing information and support as needed. Foster strong relationships with families through open, responsive communication.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative duties, ensuring the center complies with all state regulations. Organize and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation. Keep the school environment clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Classroom Support:
Step in as a substitute teacher when necessary, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of care for children. Interact with children in a positive, educational, and supportive manner. Assist teachers in creating a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners.
General Center Support:
Provide general support to the center as needed, contributing to its overall success. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the quality of care and education.
Job Requirements:
Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Excellent multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize and stay organized. Clear, professional communication skills (verbal, written, and listening). A passion for working with young children and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Previous experience in a childcare or preschool setting is preferred. Willingness to drive the school bus and assist in classrooms when needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility in job duties and work hours. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
