Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Child Care Provider to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support the development and well-being of young children by assisting lead teachers and caregivers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster positive growth, social skills, and early learning experiences for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure safety at all times. Support classroom routines by helping with diapering, feeding, and personal hygiene tasks for infants and toddlers. Engage children with educational games, storytelling, arts and crafts, and other stimulating activities that encourage learning through play. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment by sanitizing toys, surfaces, and materials regularly. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily experiences, progress, and any concerns that arise. Follow all mandated reporting laws to ensure children's safety and well-being are prioritized at all times. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must have a high school diploma or GED Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration. Ability to pass background checks in accordance with licensing requirements. Passion for nurturing young children's growth through engaging teaching methods and compassionate supervision.
