In this role, you will support children's developmental needs through attentive supervision, activity planning, and effective communication with parents. Duties Supervise children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children, ensuring their safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction Provide attentive care during daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive conduct and emotional development Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play Follow mandated reporting laws by documenting incidents or concerns related to child welfare or safety Requirements Proven experience working with children in settings such as childcare centers, babysitting, nannying, or youth programs Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable Ability to care for children of all ages including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Strong activity planning skills tailored to various developmental stages Current certification in First Aid and CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) is required; ongoing training preferred Familiarity with behavior management strategies and teaching experience with young children Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Excellent communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Join us as a Child Care Provider to inspire growth, foster curiosity, and support families in creating joyful childhood experiences.
