Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional development in infants Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond effectively to emergencies Observe and document developmental milestones, behaviors, and individual needs of each infant Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements that support early childhood development standards Adhere to mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting any concerns related to child safety or well-being Support classroom management strategies that foster positive behavior and social skills among infants Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations related to childcare and early childhood education Skills Proven experience working with infants in a childcare, daycare center, or preschool setting Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid training Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to manage classroom behavior with patience and positive reinforcement techniques Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child safety regulations Classroom management skills tailored to the unique needs of infants and toddlers Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and child supervision techniques Experience in behavior management strategies suitable for young children Join us in making a meaningful difference during the most formative years of children's lives!
