The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education and support the overall growth of each child in the classroom. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow. Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring safety and engagement for all students. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Assess children's developmental progress and adapt teaching strategies as necessary. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and classroom activities.
