Daycare Lead Teacher

Duties:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare setting
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
• Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and other basic care needs of children
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Follow daycare policies and procedures for behavior management and discipline

Skills:

• Previous experience in nannying, babysitting, or caregiving roles
• Ability to manage a classroom of young children effectively
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing situations
