Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy education, physical activity, and social skills for infants and toddlers Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support at all times Manage classroom routines including feeding, diapering, nap times, and daily activities with patience and consistency Apply behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and address developmental challenges effectively Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Maintain detailed documentation of child development progress in compliance with mandated reporting laws Foster a classroom environment that supports childhood development through engaging lessons and sensory activities aligned with early intervention principles Experience Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings such as preschools or childcare centers is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of child development instruction specific to infants and toddlers Experience developing curriculum content that incorporates literacy education, math concepts, and physical education for young learners Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs Classroom management skills that promote a positive learning environment while ensuring safety and adherence to standards Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community resources Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional credentials in childhood development or special education are advantageous Join us in shaping the future by providing exceptional care and education during these critical early years.
