Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, loving, and Christ-centered classroom environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual development. Lead daily classroom routines, including circle time, learning centers, outdoor play, and meals. Model Christian values through words and actions. Maintain positive communication with parents and families. Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and administration.

Qualifications:

Must love working with young children. Previous childcare, preschool, or teaching experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required;

CDA, ECE

coursework, or related education preferred. Ability to pass all required background checks. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Dependable, positive, and team-oriented. Commitment to supporting the mission and values of a Christian preschool.
