Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, physical education, and social skills aligned with early childhood development standards Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns to build strong partnerships Conduct assessments of child development to tailor instruction and support individual learning needs Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans in compliance with licensing requirements Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative lesson plans and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities Skills Extensive experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings Strong knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management, and childhood development principles Experience with special education needs, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques Proficiency in literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and standardized testing methods for young learners Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to implement child welfare practices including first aid and CPR certification Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child safety protocols Demonstrated ability to plan lessons that incorporate child development milestones and promote active learning Experience working in private or preschool educational environments is a plus Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children! Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
