KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our CDLC of McKinney center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging early learning environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and foster school readiness. You'll partner with families through regular communication, maintain a clean and secure classroom, and uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and document children's developmental progress and learning milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth, behavior, and classroom activities. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Collaborate with center staff to align on curriculum and center goals. Follow licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, meals, and transitions.
