Job Description

Infant Nursery Teacher (0-18 Months) Are you passionate about nurturing and caring for our youngest learners? As an Nursery Teacher , you will provide a warm, safe, and developmentally enriching environment for babies aged 0-18 months . Your role will be essential in fostering their early growth, building strong attachments, and supporting their physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide loving, hands-on care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist with daily routines, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and nap schedules Create a nurturing environment that encourages sensory exploration and early developmental milestones Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that support motor skills, language development, and social-emotional bonding Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations Work collaboratively with co-teachers and staff to ensure a positive team environment
What We're Looking For:
A caring and patient individual who understands the unique needs of infants Someone with a calm, nurturing demeanor to provide comfort and security for young babies A team player with flexibility to adapt to the needs of the classroom Prior experience working with infants in a childcare setting is preferred Ability to lift 30+ lbs, sit on the floor, and be physically active throughout the day CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus Why Join Us?
