The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of preschool-aged children, ensuring a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all students. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among students while sharing Christian values Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement strategies to guide children's actions. Provide individualized support to children with varying needs, including those requiring early intervention or special education services. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns regarding their development. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Skills Strong background in early childhood education principles and practices. Proficient in classroom management techniques to create a conducive learning environment. Experience in childcare settings, including daycare or preschool environment Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively for diverse learners.
