## Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacherr to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young students and creating a nurturing learning environment. Shifts Open are : 9am-6pm Monday-Friday (Must be able to work Saturdays) ## Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of preschool-aged children
• Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience for all students
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns
• Incorporate literacy education into daily activities to enhance language skills
• Utilize Montessori or other progressive teaching methods to support individual student needs
• Implement behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational program ## Qualifications
• Previous experience working with Toddler-aged children
• Strong understanding of child development principles
• Proficiency in creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with standardized testing procedures in early education settings is a plus
• Experience in special education or behavior management is desirable
