What You'll Be Doing :

Creating a warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where toddlers feel safe and loved. Leading fun, interactive, and educational activities that encourage exploration and development. Supporting toddlers in key milestones like language development, potty training, and social interactions. Communicating thoughtfully and effectively with parents to keep them informed and engaged. Maintaining a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom. Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to ensure the best experience for our little learners!

What We're Looking For :

Passion for working with toddlers and fostering their growth. Patience, energy, and a nurturing personality —because toddlers keep us on our toes! Experience in early childhood education (preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!). Ability to work as part of a team and bring a positive attitude every day. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hiring).
