Primrose School of Windsong Ranch | Prosper, TX Primrose School of Windsong Ranch is seeking a passionate, dependable, and nurturing Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team! We are looking for an early childhood professional who is excited to make a difference in the lives of young children while creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment. At WSR, we believe children learn best through meaningful relationships, purposeful play, and consistent routines. Our goal is to foster a culture of positivity, teamwork, and professional growth where teachers feel supported and valued.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Location:
Primrose School of Windsong Ranch, Prosper, TX What You'll Do Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where every child feels safe, supported, and valued. Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum through developmentally appropriate activities and meaningful interactions. Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences that support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Establish and maintain consistent classroom routines, schedules, and expectations. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom in accordance with Primrose and state licensing standards. Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's development, daily experiences, and classroom activities. Collaborate with your teaching team to ensure quality care and learning throughout the day. Participate in staff meetings, training, professional development, and school events. Serve as a positive role model for children and fellow educators. What We're Looking For Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred. A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow. Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills. A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to create a structured yet nurturing classroom environment. Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging learning space. Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive school culture. Must meet all state and Primrose employment and education requirements. Pay:
$15.50 - $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
