Job Description We are hiring Infant (12-18 months) Teacher to join our team. We are seeking an Infant Teacher to join our organization! This role focuses on nurturing young children by creating engaging, age-appropriate activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, strong communication skills to engage with both children and families, a commitment to professional growth, and a dedication to making a positive impact in children's lives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that support early learning, sensory exploration, and developmental growth. Maintain a consistent schedule for feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime, while providing individualized care and attention. Foster positive, responsive relationships with infants, meeting their emotional and developmental needs to ensure their well-being. Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's activities, progress, and developmental milestones. Conduct regular assessments to monitor infants' developmental progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with parents and colleagues to establish a supportive partnership in the care and education of infants. Maintain a clean, organized classroom by sanitizing toys, equipment, and changing areas regularly Qualification AMS, AMI, or MACTE Infant & Toddler certification preferred. ONLY apply if you have experience working with infants 12-18months. Experience working with infants in a preschool or childcare setting is required. Knowledge of infant development, caregiving routines, and appropriate stimulation activities. Ability to create a nurturing, engaging environment that promotes growth and exploration. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with parents, colleagues, and children. Flexibility to follow and uphold the children's daily schedule while adapting to changes as needed. CPR and First Aid certification. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with infants.
