Alphabetz Montessori, a well-recognized and highly sought-after Montessori school in San Antonio, TX, is looking for dedicated and experienced Toddler Teachers to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants, pre-toddlers, and toddlers. Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Maintain regular communication with parents and provide updates on their child's progress. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning. Assist children with daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and potty training. Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and adheres to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience. Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities. May drive the center bus for pickup and drop off Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a child care setting (Preferred).

Education:

Montessori certification is highly desired and preferred. Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Ability to effectively manage and engage young children in a classroom setting.

Certifications:

CPR and First Aid certification (Preferred). Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and passion for working with young children.

Preferred Skill:

Ability to drive non-CDL bus
