Country Home Learning Center is hiring caring, dependable Preschool Teachers and Childcare Teachers for our Live Oak campus at 11909 Toepperwein Rd., Live Oak, TX 78233 . We are hiring teachers to work with infants, toddlers, preschool, pre-K, and school-age children, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Our Live Oak preschool and childcare center is conveniently located near I-35 and Toepperwein Road and serves families throughout Live Oak, Universal City, Selma, and Northeast San Antonio .

What You'll Do As a Preschool Teacher, Childcare Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator at Country Home, you will: Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment. Build caring and consistent relationships with the children in your class. Follow Country Home's prepared curriculum and lesson plans. Lead age-appropriate educational activities supporting language, literacy, social-emotional development, sensory learning, and gross and fine motor skills. Help infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-K children develop independence, confidence, and important developmental skills. Work closely with co-teachers and school leadership. Maintain an organized classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and learn. Closely supervise children and follow all health and safety procedures. Communicate professionally and positively with parents and families. Provide the consistency, reliability, and care children need to thrive.

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Caring, dependable, and professional Able to work cooperatively with co-teachers and school leadership Comfortable communicating with children, families, and coworkers Committed to maintaining a safe and positive learning environment Preferred, but not required: Previous experience as a preschool teacher, daycare teacher, childcare provider, infant teacher, toddler teacher, pre-K teacher, teacher assistant, after-school teacher, nanny, or early childhood educator Child Development Associate credential (CDA) Early Childhood Education coursework or degree Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate learning practices More Than a Traditional Daycare Classroom Our Live Oak campus gives teachers and children opportunities to learn, play, and explore beyond the traditional classroom.
