Child Care Teacher Fall 2026

  • 6pm Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team, where you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for children.
This position involves working with children from infants to school agers, focusing on their overall development and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development principles and possess excellent classroom management skills. Someone that loves children and wants them to be successful each day. Duties Create and implement engaging lessons that promote learning and development in accordance with early childhood education standards. Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. Foster an inclusive environment that supports children with disabilities and special educational needs. Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in childcare and education. Requirements Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Experience working with infants, toddlers, and children with special needs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are essential qualities for this role. Relevant certifications or degrees in early childhood education or related fields are a plus but not mandatory.
