Maintain accurate records of child development assessments, standardized testing results, and incident reports in compliance with mandated reporting laws. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times by maintaining child welfare standards and providing first aid and CPR when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings or childcare environments. Strong background in curriculum development, classroom management, behavior management, and child development instruction. Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention techniques, and childhood development theories. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional credentials in childhood education or preschool teaching preferred. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare is essential. Experience with preschool teaching, toddler care, private school environments, or standardized testing is highly desirable.
