KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Tyler KinderCare center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate, play-based activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You will build strong relationships with children and families, maintain health and safety standards, and collaborate with a supportive, inclusive team committed to enriching early childhood education and your ongoing professional development. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about children's progress. Maintain health, safety, and licensing standards at all times. Observe and document children's learning and behavior to inform instruction. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special programs. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
