The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for working with infants and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. As an Infant Teacher, you will build positive relationships with children and families while supporting each infant's physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development through responsive caregiving and play-based learning. Responsibilities Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Maintain active supervision of infants at all times. Follow each child's individualized feeding, sleeping, and care schedule. Prepare bottles and meals according to each infant's needs. Change diapers and maintain proper sanitation and hygiene practices. Comfort, soothe, and respond promptly to each infant's individual needs. Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory, music, tummy time, and developmental activities. Observe and document developmental milestones. Complete daily reports, attendance, and required documentation using Procare. Maintain accurate state licensing and USDA Food Program documentation. Communicate professionally and positively with families regarding their child's daily activities and milestones. Keep the classroom clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to provide high-quality care. Follow all Play2Learn Academy policies and Utah childcare licensing requirements.
