Role:
Join Love and Learning Child Care as a Preschool Teacher, where you can inspire young minds in a nurturing and engaging environment. Our dedicated team in Coalville, UT, is passionate about fostering creativity and a love for learning in every child. While this position starts as part time, it will grow into full-time within a few months. Some experience working with children is preferable.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans. Engage children in interactive and educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Adhere to all licensing and safety regulations to ensure a secure learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children. Current CPR and First Aid certification (Can be obtained) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude. Background check clearance as per state regulations.
