Supervise and support teaching staff, fostering a collaborative team environment through ongoing professional development facilitation and performance evaluations. Oversee personnel management activities including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting faculty evaluations to maintain high-quality instruction. Develop and manage budgets as an executive education administrator, ensuring financial sustainability while prioritizing program quality and resource allocation. Coordinate fundraising efforts and community outreach initiatives to support center growth and program expansion. Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to childhood development, special education law, and educational regulation standards. Facilitate strategic planning sessions to set long-term goals for the center's growth, curriculum innovation, and staff development. Maintain strong relationships with families, providing excellent customer service through clear communication and community engagement. Skills Extensive experience in school administrative leadership within early childhood or K-12 education settings. Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and classroom experience in early childhood education. Strong management skills with a track record of supervising school staff and leading teams effectively. Deep knowledge of educational compliance, legal regulations including special education law, and school operational standards. Skilled in managing budgets, fundraising strategies, and strategic planning processes at an executive level. Excellent public speaking abilities for staff training sessions, parent meetings, and community presentations. Experience in personnel management within educational environments, including faculty evaluation and professional development facilitation.
