Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team. This is a paid position that offers valuable experience working with children and the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives.
Hours:
2:30-6:30pm Tuesday-Thursday More hours possible.
Hours:
7-3pm Monday-Friday Prek-floater position
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and engage with students during daily activities, including games, arts and crafts.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
  • Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers, promoting positive behavior and social interaction
  • Collaborate with other teachers to create a positive and inclusive environment
  • Monitor students progress and communicate with parents/guardians as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
  • First aid certification preferred
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide individualized support
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
