Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and personalized care to infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and emotional development Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid, CPR, and mandated reporting laws to ensure compliance and safety standards are met Support infants' individual needs by assisting with feeding, diapering, nap routines, and comfort measures Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements that align with early childhood education best practices Experience Prior experience working with infants in a daycare center or preschool setting is highly preferred Knowledge of child development instruction and childhood development principles Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset Classroom management skills tailored to early childhood environments Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid preferred; ongoing training in child supervision and behavior management is a plus Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for early childhood education helps shape the future.
