Pay & Benefits Starting at $14.00 per hour with room for growth Wage increases based on education in Child Care, Early Childhood Education, or Elementary Education Paid training Free meals during your shift Health insurance options Professional development and advancement opportunities Employee referral program Schedule Full-time, year-round position Monday through Friday Preferred availability for shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM Consistent weekly hours Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive leadership team Paid training and ongoing coaching Opportunities for career growth Positive team environment Work with children from infants through school age What You'll Do Create a safe, engaging classroom environment Support learning through play and daily routines Assist with meals, diapering, potty training, naps, and transitions Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Maintain a clean, organized classroom Follow licensing regulations and company policies Qualifications Child care, daycare, preschool, nanny, or teaching experience preferred Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willing to complete company training to drive our 14-passenger van/bus. No CDL required.
