Conduct regular child development assessments to tailor activities and support early intervention strategies when needed. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress, daily activities, and any concerns. Manage classroom routines, including lesson planning, transitions, and maintaining a clean and organized space. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare standards to maintain a safe environment for all children. Incorporate special education techniques and adapt lessons for children with diverse learning needs or developmental delays. Requirements Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention practices, and preschool teaching methodologies. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that include literacy education, math activities, physical education, and social skills development. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in child welfare laws is highly valued. Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
