Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Kids Club Attendant, where your energy and passion for child development will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children of all ages. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and facilitating fun, educational activities that promote growth, creativity, and social skills. Your dedication will ensure that children feel secure and excited to participate in a variety of age-appropriate programs while maintaining clear communication with parents and guardians. Duties Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children that support childhood development and learning Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and children with special needs, including those with disabilities Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's behavior, progress, and daily experiences Maintain a clean, organized play area following safety standards and sanitation protocols Respond promptly to children's needs using behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement Follow mandated reporting laws by documenting incidents or concerns related to child safety or well-being Administer basic first aid or CPR in emergency situations as trained Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or youth programs is highly preferred Demonstrated experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience planning age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social interaction Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom experience is advantageous Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training is encouraged Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members while maintaining professionalism Join us in creating a joyful environment where children can thrive!
