Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Dogwood KinderCare learning center. In this role, you'll nurture young children through developmentally appropriate curriculum, play-based learning, and consistent routines. You will create a safe, caring classroom, support social-emotional and cognitive growth, and build trusting relationships with families. Collaborating with a supportive team, you'll uphold all licensing and safety standards while accessing ongoing training and clear paths for career development in early childhood education. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and support their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Observe, document, and report on children's development and behavior. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and center initiatives. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
