Levco Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our vibrant team. As part of our commitment to revitalizing properties, the Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure of our diverse portfolio properties. This position requires a hands-on approach and a dedication to ensuring the best living and working conditions for our tenants. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate. Inspect and diagnose issues with electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, and other systems within properties. Carry out necessary repairs and replacements swiftly and effectively, minimizing inconvenience to tenants. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations. Coordinate with management on larger repair efforts and renovations. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs. Required Skills Practical knowledge and skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions swiftly. Proficient in using hand and power tools and understanding technical manuals. Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with tenants and team members. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
