In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing the team, delivering exceptional customer service, generating new leads , and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate is comfortable both inside and outside of the studio, actively building relationships within the community, creating new business opportunities, and helping turn prospects into customers. Your leadership, sales ability, and willingness to generate new business will play an important role in the continued growth of the studio. Duties Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Supervise, coach, and train staff to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to achieve monthly sales goals. Actively generate new leads through community outreach, local events, outdoor marketing, networking, referrals, and grassroots marketing efforts. Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, apartment communities, schools, and other potential community partners. Represent the studio at community events and off-site lead generation opportunities. Engage potential customers, collect lead information, and conduct timely follow-up to convert leads into appointments and sales. Help develop and execute monthly lead-generation initiatives to increase studio traffic and brand awareness. Follow up with prospects and leads through phone calls, text messages, and other approved communication channels. Assist with studio marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events. Participate in recruiting efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new hires. Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to support team development. Create and maintain the monthly staff schedule. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products. Maintain studio appearance, cleanliness, and organization. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize retail math for pricing, budgeting, and inventory management tasks. Support the Store Manager with additional operational and administrative responsibilities as needed. Skills & Qualifications Sales experience is required. Previous lead generation, business development, community outreach, or grassroots marketing experience is strongly preferred. Comfortable approaching and engaging new people and initiating conversations with potential customers. Goal-oriented with the ability to work toward individual and studio sales and lead-generation targets. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proven leadership and team-management abilities. Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, coaching, and training. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with marketing, merchandising, and retail or studio operations is advantageous. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cashiering processes. Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash-handling practices is a plus. Knowledge of inventory management techniques and retail math principles. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Must be comfortable participating in outdoor and off-site lead generation activities . Must be proactive, outgoing, dependable, and comfortable being held accountable to sales and lead-generation goals.
