KinderCare is seeking Teachers to join our Big Bethel center, providing high-quality early childhood education and care. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom where children thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. You'll design developmentally appropriate lessons, support each child's unique needs, and maintain strong communication with families. Working closely with a collaborative team, you'll uphold health and safety standards while contributing to a culture focused on growth, learning, and meaningful impact on children's lives. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons for young children. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress and adapt activities as needed. Communicate regularly with families about children's development and daily experiences. Collaborate with teaching staff and center leadership on curriculum and classroom routines. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain accurate attendance, incident, and progress records.
