Overview We are seeking a dedicated, energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. As the Lead Teacher, you will design and implement engaging activities and collaborate closely with team members and families. The ideal candidate will encourage growth and curiosity while ensuring a safe, supportive classroom atmosphere. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive activities aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, communication skills, and social-emotional development. Adapt strategies and classroom activities to meet the unique needs of all children. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques. Communicate proactively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements, challenges, and ongoing support strategies through regular interactions . Requirements Experience working with children in early childhood or elementary settings. Strong knowledge of early childhood development, behavior management techniques, and classroom management best practices. Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among team members, parents, and external specialists. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual learning needs while maintaining a positive classroom environment. Knowledge of strategies that support childhood development and inclusive education practices.
