Life Academy in Roanoke, VA, is on the lookout for enthusiastic Teachers to join our vibrant team! Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time work, we've got positions available for various age groups.

Location:

7422 Deer Branch Rd., North Roanoke County We're searching for candidates who are self-starters, punctual, and fully engaged. ✅ As a well-established Christian daycare, we provide high-quality childcare with a Bible-based, spiritually enriching curriculum across all age groups.

What You'll Do:

Work Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm •After school shift is 2pm-6pm•‍ Consistently work with a group of students, with a set schedule, and occasionally sub when needed ️ Plan, coordinate, and implement developmentally appropriate activities Create a positive and nurturing environment for the children in your care Engage with parents professionally about their child's progress

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children (especially under 5) Ability to stay calm, patient, and positive Strong written and verbal communication skills A genuine love for children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives

Shifts & Compensation:

Available shifts all days of the week

Pay:

$13.50 - $15.00/hour
