Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement daily lessons for the children following a proprietary curriculum
- Observe and evaluate each child's progress
- Work cooperatively and professionally with staff members and parents
- Maintain communication with parents

- Experience working with students in a preschool or early childhood education setting is required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with Montessori and Reggio Emilia curriculum concepts is a plus.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Priority given to those with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or have their education degree within the first year of employment.
